With a 40+ technicians and a full-service machine shop - we have the tools,
technicians and expertise to get your repairs done quickly and done right the first time.
All accredited technicians at Aztec are trained to diagnose problems in hydraulic forklift components and develop an effective and efficient repair strategy for you.
The Service Department is responsible for working with you to make sure repairs are completed on time and on budget to keep your customer happy.
From when a part enters the building until the moment it leaves, there are procedural checks and balances in place that all Aztec technicians must adhere to.
This system involves peer reviews, supervisor analysis and, upon completion, testing under simulated operating conditions. Having these strict procedures in place ensures that repairs are consistent and errors are eliminated.
Behind our wide-ranging capabilities is equipment that is specific to the task. Having the right tools allows our technicians to handle large, difficult jobs in a safe and efficient way.
Our state-of-the-art hydraulic cylinder servicer allows us to keep the repair costs down on large lift cylinder repairs for you. Most repair facilities take hours to open larger cylinders, it takes us just a minute or less.
This brand-new tool allows a technician to use up to 60,000 lb-ft. of torque in the assembly and disassembly of cylinders up to 35 ft. long.
We have four '5-Ton' overhead cranes in our repair facility that allow technicians to repair heavier components quickly and safely to get you back up and running.
Having overhead cranes in place makes it possible to transport large components to various sections of the building for machining, welding, seal installation, re-chroming, testing and painting.
Five hydraulic test benches (including a proprietary lift cylinder test bench outfitted with a counterweight) allow technicians to test the performance of all repaired items so you know you are getting something that works.
Testing all cylinders is an important step as it allows technicians to check for leaks and other issues before the customer invests time and money in installation.
